Our first ACR kit customer Nate Truman with his awesome kit completed!
Nate was our first kit customer of our Gen 2 kit. We did the partial assembly of it onto his 1979 Lincoln, got the doors, hood and trunk functional, canopys, dash and basic wiring installed etc then Nate took it from there. Since Nate completed his kit he has been in many magazines including the cover of Road and Track and has driven his ACR cross country. A Southern California local, Nate and his Batmobile can often be seen cruising through Los Angeles and beyond.

from Wikipedia

The Volo Auto Museum is an automobile museum in the Chicago suburb of Volo, Illinois, USA. It is part of a larger antique mall.

Unique to other auto museums is that customers can also purchase most of the vehicles that are on display in four large buildings. A military-centric section has been fairly recently added. Cars on display are mostly from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s.

The museum also features cars (some original and many replicas) from famous television shows and movies. These include:

The replica Batmobile is notable as it signed by George Barris and the verbiage around it talks of the Barris-built Batmobiles. However, there is no mention that this is a non-Barris replica.

AutoWerks
A word from AutoWerks of Chicago, Illinois
"I have quite a few interesting pieces like the 1970 George Barris singletub bathtub, a Bob Butz built lincoln futura, a 1966 Bob Butz built batmobile(I have the molds to both these cars), a 1966 Don Currie batmobile(the only steel batmobile in existence), a 1989 Keaton batmobile with molds and several others.

All these cars have been tucked away for 20 plus years. when they sell I hope they go to someone who will proudly display for others enjoyment
