Mother’s Day Rendezvous 

 May7, 8 & 9 at Cherry Point Marina

Come by water, come by land, come for the weekend or just for the day 

Plenty of campsites for tents, campers or trailers - $10/day

Moorage is limited and should be pre-booked through Mike Butler or Jim Peakman. - $20/day 

For those coming by water we will monitor VHF 66 on Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday morning.

 Bring chairs and a table plus your own plates and cutlery if you can.

 Highlights of this Weekend

 Friday             -           16:00 – 18:00 Potluck Appetizers

-           Wiener/Marshmallow roast at the fire pit on the beach

 Saturday         -           09:00 Continental Breakfast – Coffee, Tea, Scones, Fruit

                         Numerous activities for kids and adults throughout the day with awards and prizes

                                     17:00 BBQ Pig Roast, Potatoes, Potluck Veggies and Salads - $5.00 ea.

                                      18:30 Graduation Ceremony and Awards

followed by special presentation to all mothers in  attendance and a raffle of wine baskets

 Please register early so we can get a head count.  If you can only come for part of the weekend please advise us if you can make the BBQ on Saturday or Brunch on Sunday.  All Members and their families are welcome. 

This is a private Member's event and is not open to the general public although we hope to have some dignitaries/special guests by invitation.
